BIHUI AGMPD2 diamond flexible grinding disc with grit #100 is designed for the second stage of multistep dry grinding and polishing. It is applied after a coarser disc #50 and serves to remove deep scratches and traces of primary processing, preparing the surface for subsequent, finer polishing stages.

The disc is made on a flexible base with diamond coating with a thickness of 1.5 mm, which has a cellular (honeycomb) structure. This shape contributes to the timely removal of grinding slurry, reduces heating of the working surface, and allows efficient operation without the use of water. The 50 mm diameter makes the tool especially convenient for processing ends, chamfers, and hard-to-reach areas of porcelain stoneware and tiles.

Attachment is carried out using the VELCRO (hook and loop) system, which ensures fast and convenient disc replacement. BIHUI AGMPD2 is suitable for processing natural and artificial stone, ceramics, glass, marble, and granite.
