The cutting wheel for the BIHUI tile cutter is made of highly durable tungsten carbide-based alloy with a titanium nitride coating, which increases the resource by 3 times compared to pobedit wheels and by 1.5 times compared to tungsten carbide wheels without titanium.

Tungsten carbide alloy WC with titanium coating allows keeping the cutting element sharp for as long as possible. It is one of the hardest ceramics known today (HRC hardness about 90 units) – in terms of hardness, it is comparable to diamond. In addition to hardness, tungsten carbide is characterized by a high melting point, wear resistance, and good resistance to oxidation.

Advantages of the BIHUI cutting wheel:

• Alloy based on WC (tungsten carbide) with titanium nitride coating;

• 6mm bore (suitable for many tile cutters);
