Metalized polishing pad NEOMAG for engraver 50mm, No. 200 (1PC)
The diamond flexible grinding disc No. 200 is intended for dry and wet grinding and polishing of products made of artificial and natural stones, ceramics. The disc is made on a flexible base, has a diamond coating with a thickness of 3 mm, and is attached using velcro. It is ideally suited for chamfering and grinding the ends of porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles, and can also be used in hard-to-reach places due to its special shape and diameter of 50 mm.
Purpose:
- Applied both dry and with water cooling.
- Rotation during dry use should not exceed 5000 rpm.
- Use with water cooling allows obtaining better surface quality and significantly increasing the lifecycle of the polishing pad.
- Water cooling allows reducing operating temperature, increasing wear resistance and productivity.
- Excessive pressure on the polishing pad leads to increased wear.
