Diamond Flexible Grinding Disc (Polishing Pad) Galvanic with Velcro, Grit 100

Galvanic flexible diamond polishing pad belongs to the Premium class. It is used for dry and wet grinding and polishing of products made of artificial and natural stone, ceramics, glass. Diameter 100 mm, Velcro attachment. The diamond layer is applied by galvanic method, which contributes to high-performance and fast work, as the diamonds are open and no opening of the diamond layer is required. Galvanic coating provides excellent finishing grinding.

The flexible diamond polishing pad can be used both dry and with water cooling, however, with dry use, the angle grinder speed should not exceed 2000 rpm. Also, with dry use, the resource will be several times lower than with water cooling. Material processing with water cooling allows obtaining better surface quality and significantly increases the resource of the polishing pad. Water cooling reduces the operating temperature, increases wear resistance and productivity. The diamond flexible grinding wheel is used on grinding machines with speed regulation up to 2000 rpm. Excessive pressure on the tool leads to increased wear. Resource and productivity depend on the material being processed. Before use, make sure that the disc is well fixed on the Velcro and not offset relative to the axis of rotation.
