The TDV grinding disc provides high-quality polishing of the surface. Polishing pads are characterized by high wear resistance and are intended for dry grinding. Due to the diamond layer of the disc, processing of the stone surface occurs quickly and qualitatively. Polishing with these diamond flexible grinding wheels occurs without water cooling. Thanks to a special adapter (holder for flexible diamond discs), the polishing pads are mounted on an angle grinder. Holders for diamond grinding discs can be rubber (soft) or plastic (rigid). Soft ones are used to process curved surfaces, and rigid ones are used for flat ones. The rotation frequency of the angle grinder when working with diamond flexible discs should not exceed 3000 rpm. Flexible polishing diamond discs are designed for grinding ends and chamfers of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware using an angle grinder with an adjustable shaft rotation speed, without the use of cooling fluid, and for polishing flat and curved surfaces of granite and hard marble varieties with speed regulation and electrical protection.
