To obtain a high-quality hole and extend the service life of the core bit, it is necessary to choose the optimal drilling speed, as well as perform small circular movements with the angle grinder or drill during drilling. Core bits do not require water cooling, as they are cooled by air, the flow of which is created by the angle grinder at high speeds (up to 14000 rpm), and they can be operated at maximum speeds with any materials. Core bits of small diameters overheat quickly, so it is better to drill many holes with a pause. If you want to extend the service life of these core bits, porcelain stoneware needs to be drilled at maximum speeds and with additional cooling wax or water; this will extend the service life. Cooling wax costs money, sometimes a lot, and if you are reluctant to spend, you can use a regular paraffin candle.

BIHUI Dry Gres core bits are manufactured using VJS (Vacuum fluid sintering) technology, which ensures the placement of diamonds close to each other throughout the volume of the diamond-bearing layer. Thanks to this, BIHUI drills at high speed and has a long lifespan.

Vacuum fluid sintering technology ensures diamond grain adhesion to the metal bond comparable to brazing. In essence, the grains are fused to each other by a nano-layer of metal. Diamond grains cannot fall out of the metal bond until they break themselves. Each diamond grain is fused tightly to at least three (up to nine) neighboring and lower grains. In addition, the height of the diamond-bearing layer is tens and hundreds of times greater than the diameter of the diamond grain. Once the top layer of diamonds is worn out, the next one is exposed. 1. Concentration of diamond grains is a hundred times higher than in any other diamond tool. This allows increasing the speed of operations by at least 3 times.

•DRILLING FEATURES:

Water supply is not required (however, additional cooling with water or cooling wax increases the resource of the diamond drill), they are cooled by the air flow created by the angle grinder at high speeds.

Drilling is performed in a non-impact manner.

It is necessary to start drilling with the help of a template, or at an angle of 45 degrees to avoid the drill slipping from the surface of the processed material, gradually making circular movements to transfer the drill into a perpendicular position relative to the drilling plane.

IMPORTANT: drilling without water cooling or special cooling wax shortens the life of your diamond drill (diamond core bit) by more than 2 times, and in case of overheating, the "glazing" effect occurs, the drill may completely stop drilling. If this happens, it is necessary to "open" or "sharpen" the drill using a soft abrasive material (an abrasive grinding stone, asphalt, or the best option would be a firebrick).
