Descripción
BIHUI diamond cone milling bit (conical diamond beveling bit) of increased wear resistance, capable of reaming holes from 35mm to 75mm.
The diamond cone milling bit is used to increase the diameter of holes in porcelain stoneware, granite, marble, and hard ceramics with sanding of the lateral working surface. Thanks to the conical shape, it easily removes the chamfer on uneven edges of holes. It reduces stress and the risk of cracking of large-format tiles after drilling. It is used for beveling and smoothing the edges of holes, for grinding hole edges. Also, thanks to it, you can make a practically perfect hole without chips.
Attention! This is not a drill bit for boring; it does not make a hole in the tile, but only processes and reams them.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Brand: BIHUI
- Size/diameter: 35-75mm
- Mounting seat: M14 (screwed directly onto the angle grinder shaft)
- Drilling type: non-impact, wet/dry
- Equipment for application: grinder, angle grinder
- Application: on porcelain stoneware, granite, marble, ceramics, glass
- Operating rotation speed of angle grinder: 9000-14000 rpm
Advantages:
- Used to enlarge and shape holes.
- Suitable for working with granite, marble, porcelain stoneware, and hard ceramics.
- High processing drilling speed.
- Suitable for both dry and wet treatment.
- Operating speed 10000-14000 revolutions per minute. M14 connection. Milling bits are designed for use with angle grinders.
- Brazed coating thickness of 1.5 mm, which makes it easy to ream holes in porcelain stoneware. In most similar core bits, the coating is mainly up to 1mm, but manufacturers try not to write about it.
- Highest quality synthetic diamond grit #35/40 is used, which gives faster drilling of holes and a larger lifespan.
- Huge lifespan thanks to vacuum brazing and high quality of diamonds.
- Low price.
Recommendation: milling bits do not require water cooling, as they are cooled by air, the flow of which is created by the angle grinder at high speeds (10000-14000 rpm), and they can be operated at maximum speeds with any materials. Small diameter milling bits overheat quickly, so it is better to drill many holes with a pause. If you want to extend the service life of these diamond milling bits, porcelain stoneware needs to be reamed at maximum speeds and with additional cooling wax or water; this will extend the service life.
High-quality diamond finger milling bits "DLT Premium" are specially developed and designed for reaming and processing holes in porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles using an angle grinder. They can also be used on a variety of other materials: concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, slate, cement-bonded particleboard, any natural stone, steel, cast iron, rail steel, any carbide VK and TK (for example - "pobedit"). With the "DLT Premium" core bit, you can even ream a tank's armor (this is not a joke!).
Designed to work with angle grinders at maximum speeds, which provides air cooling, as well as via an adapter with a drill or screwdriver BUT!!! since the speed of drills is low and the generated air flow is insignificant, let the milling bits rest or use additional cooling with water or cooling wax.
The VJS (Vacuum fluid sintering) technology provides diamond grain adhesion to the metal bond comparable to brazing. In essence, the grains are fused to each other by a nano-layer of metal. Diamond grains cannot fall out of the metal bond until they break themselves. Each diamond grain is fused tightly to at least three (up to nine) neighboring and lower grains. In addition, the height of the diamond-bearing layer is tens and hundreds of times greater than the diameter of the diamond grain. There are tens and hundreds of these layers in the diamond-bearing layer. Once the top layer of diamonds is worn out, the next one is exposed. Thanks to this, "DLT Premium" milling bits have an extremely high lifespan.
Advantages of VJS (Vacuum fluid sintering) technology:
1. Concentration of diamond grains is 3-100 times higher than in any other diamond tool. This allows increasing the speed of operations by at least 3 times.
2. Diamond grains are tightly pressed against each other and work together. This significantly increases the dynamic and thermodynamic stability of the diamond-bearing layer.
3. Diamond grains are fused together with a metallic bond. Thanks to this, the tool lifecycle is 3-100 times higher compared to any other diamond tool.
4. The tool geometry during operational wear changes at a rate 3-100 times slower compared to any other analogues. This reduces the time for equipment reconfiguration and increases productivity.
5. Diamond grains during the laying process are arranged tightly with each other, evenly along the surface of the mold. Thanks to this, the accuracy, roughness, and overall quality of the processed surface increase significantly compared to powder sintering technology, and tens of times compared to galvanic sintering technology with the same grit size of diamond powder.
6. Due to the combination of the five specified advantages, you get a synergistic effect.
FEATURES DURING OPERATION:
Water supply is not required (however, additional cooling with water or cooling wax increases the resource of the diamond milling bit), they are cooled by the air flow created by the angle grinder at high speeds.
IMPORTANT: drilling without water cooling or special cooling wax shortens the life of your diamond finger milling bit by more than 2 times, and in case of overheating, the "glazing" effect occurs, the milling bit may completely stop drilling. If this happens, it is necessary to "open" or "sharpen" the milling bit using a soft abrasive material (an abrasive grinding stone, asphalt, or the best option would be a firebrick).
Remember! The count and quality of holes drilled with this tool will depend on how correctly you use the diamond tool.
