• RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONDUCTING WORK OPERATIONS:

To obtain a high-quality hole cutout and extend the tool lifecycle of the core bit, it is required to select the optimal drilling rotation speed parameters, and also during drilling to conduct minor circular wobbling motions with the angle grinder or drill machine. Core bits do not require water feed cooling, as they are effectively cooled by the airflow generated by the angle grinder running at high rotation speeds (up to 14000 rpm), and they can be exploited at maximum revolutions with any materials. Core bits of small diameters overheat rapidly, and therefore it is better to drill multiple holes with a cooling pause cycle. If you want to extend the service life resource of these bits, then porcelain stoneware must be drilled at maximum revolutions and with additional cooling wax or water delivery, which will extend the tool lifecycle loops safely. • DRILLING FEATURES SPECIFICS:

Water feed delivery is not required (however extra cooling with water or cooling wax increases diamond drill bit lifespan), cooled due to air flow stream generated by angle grinders at high speeds.
