BIHUI/NOVQO 1200mm Electric Tile Cutter with Automation

The NOVQO tile cutter works with blades ranging from 115 to 130 mm (arbor hole 20 mm), which significantly increases stability, accuracy, and reduces blade vibration to zero.

The tile cutter has three operating modes:

1. AUTO - automatic cutting and after cutting automatic return of the cutting block to the starting point of the cut;
2. SEMI-AUTOMATIC - automatic cutting and turning off after completion of the cut;
3. MANUAL - cutting in manual mode like on a regular electric tile cutter.

Tile cutter design:

The tabletop is made of aluminum and has slots similar to those in T-shaped profiles, which allows mounting any improvements, for example, clamps holding tiles during cutting, or locks facilitating serial cutting. The workspace of the tabletop is lined with rubber pads that stabilize the tile and prevent its accidental displacement. The frame is made of aluminum, so you don't have to worry about corrosion.

The weight of the tile cutter is 55 kg, which provides stability and minimizes the risk of accidental tipping of the machine.
In addition, it is equipped with wheels on both sides of the machine to facilitate transportation. Equipped with two sets of additional side supports, which further increase stability and allow processing large-format tiles. The first set of supports is 40 cm long (attached to the front of the tile cutter), the second set of supports is 80 cm long (attached to the back of the tile cutter) and has slots for attaching the support bar. The cutter is equipped with a 3000 W motor, thanks to which the machine does not get overloaded even when working with very hard tiles or stone. The brushed motor has a soft start. The tile cutter does not have a built-in water tank, the cooling liquid is supplied to the blade from a separate container, such as a bucket, using a pump attached to the bottom of the tabletop.

The pump is non-submersible, so it does not float in dirty water, and water suction is carried out using a hose equipped with a filtration system that prevents damage to the pump. The blade cooling is equipped with two water supply nozzles, which can be easily disconnected from the hose and used to clean the machine after work without needing another water source. The operation of the machine is simple and intuitive, and all work is done on the panel with a display, on which we can change operating modes, control water supply, laser, and cutting speed, which has 10 speed levels in automatic mode.
