Shijing SJ-ZD 1200 is a professional electric tile cutter (wet saw) with automatic carriage feed, which is capable of making a perfect cut - "factory cut" quality. Designed for working with any tile up to 30 mm thick, products made of ceramics, granite, porcelain stoneware, marble.
Shijing tile cutters do not need special advertising, as for many years they have had no equal among electric tile cutters. A powerful and high-speed motor (2300W / 13 000 rpm) allows installing a Ø115 mm blade on the tile cutter. As it is known, the higher the speed and smaller the blade diameter, the better the cutting quality and higher the productivity. The small blade diameter allows better and more accurate cutting of holes for hatches, sockets, etc. inside the tile itself. Large blades are used on budget tile cutters, compensating with a weaker, slower, and cheaper motor.

The Shijing SJ-ZD 1200 tile cutter has the ability to perform two operations in one pass - cutting and edge processing with a bevel blade to get rid of even micro-chips left during cutting and obtain factory-edge quality without additional necessity of tile refinement with polishing pads. This is the only machine that can achieve such a result in one operation. Time is money: we work faster – we earn more! Also, the tile cutter allows rounding the tile edge (removing radius bevel), as well as removing bevels on the front part (for example, there is an option to make stair tiles out of ordinary tiles). The wet saw performs both straight cutting and cutting at an angle up to 45° with a maximum cutting length of 1200 mm.

Thanks to its folding design, the machine causes no difficulties in transport and storage. It is assembled from transport condition to working condition in 5 minutes. Wheels are also provided for convenient movement from place to place.

The tile cutter features a high quality of assembly, materials, and components. The frame is made of profiled aluminum with stainless steel bolts and does not corrode from water. The water cooling system prevents the saw blade from overheating and also promotes dust-free operation. A special guard (which is missing in Wandeli) protects the operator from flying small particles during work.
