The SHIJING 9510 electric automatic large-format tile cutting system is specially designed for cutting any type of ceramic tiles, natural and artificial stone (e.g., granite, marble, quartz agglomerate) up to 3200 mm long and up to 35 mm thick. Precise cutting is guaranteed by the high quality of carriage manufacturing, aluminum guide rails, and their connection system. The system includes all necessary elements for cutting. This is a professional electric tile cutter with automatic carriage feed, which is capable of making a perfect cut – "factory cut" quality. SHIJING tile cutters do not need special advertising, as they occupy a leading place in the market in terms of quality/features and price ratio.

The machine is equipped with a powerful and high-speed motor (2800W / 13000 rpm) which makes it possible to perform two operations in one pass: cutting and edge processing with a bevel blade to get rid of even micro-chips left during cutting and obtain factory-edge quality without additional necessity of tile refinement with polishing pads. This is the only machine that can achieve such a result in a single operation with a maximum cut up to 3200mm, and time is money: we work faster – we earn more! Also, the tile cutter allows rounding the tile edge (removing radius bevel), as well as removing bevels on the front part (for example, there is an option to make stair tiles out of ordinary tiles). The wet saw performs both straight cutting and cutting at an angle of 45° with a maximum cutting length of 3200mm.

Thanks to its folding design, the machine does not cause difficulties in transport and storage. It is assembled from transport condition to working condition in 15 minutes.

The tile cutter features a high quality of assembly, materials, and components. The guide rail is made of profiled aluminum with stainless steel bolts and does not corrode from water. The water cooling system prevents the saw blade from overheating and also promotes dust-free operation.
