Description

Manual diamond grinding bars (diamond sponge for polishing porcelain tiles) BIHUI are intended for grinding and polishing edges and cuts on both ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, as well as on natural stones. Essentially, these are the same "Polishing Pads" (Cherepashki) only for manual grinding. Manual flexible diamond-bearing bars have different grit sizes. No. 60, No. 120 and No. 200 serve for grinding, No. 400 for polishing.

Diamond sponges are designed for work in areas where access for work with power tools is difficult, such as internal corners and others where it is necessary to process burrs and smooth the edges of cuts or chips.

The BIHUI manual diamond sponge for polishing is designed for dry and wet grinding. Material processing with water cooling allows obtaining better surface quality and significantly increases the resource of the diamond sponge. Suitable for grinding curved or multifaceted surfaces.

BIHUI diamond-bearing bars are semi-flexible (by feel they resemble soft rubber rather than foam). The grip area has indentations, which improves the ergonomics of the bar and reduces hand fatigue during its use.

Diamond grinding bars have different grit sizes and accordingly are used for different tasks. The choice of a flexible grinding disc depends on what result is required. Grit 60, 120, 200 and 400 are precisely the numbers needed for working with tiles and stone. Grit 60 is for refining porcelain tiles and rigid ceramics. Grit 120 can replace 60, but is best suited for soft ceramics, as 60 is too coarse for soft clay. Grit 200 and 400 allow making an edge like a "factory edge", removing and polishing chamfers in visible places. It is categorically forbidden to "skip" a transition or use them in reverse sequence. You simply won't be able to achieve a quality grind on the material. When working with polishing pads, the craftsman must always move from a lower number with a larger grit size of the working surface.
